Richard Hammond hosts a 21st-century version of the Great Egg Race. The cream of British and American inventors and scientists have 48 hours to design, build and fly their own craft across Namibia's Fish River Canyon. The two teams are challenged to transport a valuable yet fragile cargo - an extraordinary egg which must remain intact - from one side of the canyon to the other
