Synopsis:
The 11 remaining candidates put their shop-floor skills to the test at Harrods in Knightsbridge, aiming to keep a cool head and lure Saturday shoppers to buy from the displays. The pressure begins to take its toll as tourists flock to the store in search of all-important gifts, causing tempers to fray, tears to fall and the inevitable firing of one unlucky entrepreneur
