    The Beast destroys a group of sun-god totems, raising suspicions that a plot has been hatched to plunge the Earth into eternal darkness.     Angel's failed attempt to resurrect his son summons sluglike creatures that invade Fred's body; the group learns of the coming of The Destroyer, a powerful being determined to smite Angel.

    The return of Cordelia's lover Groosalugg drives Angel wild with jealousy - and to add insult to injury, the prince is feted as a hero after single-handedly slaying a voracious demon.
