• Season 3 Episode 17: Let's Face the Music and Dance A pair of ballroom dancers practise their routines while waiting for a flight in Los Angeles. At Houston, a man's expensive guitar is not found among the luggage from the plane, while supervisor Janice gets strict with a drunken passenger attempting to board in Orlando
• Season 3 Episode 16: It Takes All Sorts A passenger is kicked off a plane in Houston after claims he was impersonating a police officer, while a woman is horrified to learn she cannot take her dog with her on the flight
• Season 3 Episode 15: Timing Is Everything A man tries using superhuman powers to persuade Denise to let him board a flight, while another passenger searches frantically for a seat after learning his wife has gone into labour. Two women who missed their flight because they were in the bar obtain new tickets - then head off for another drink
• Season 3 Episode 14: You Can't Take It With You Houston baggage handlers accidentally destroy a woman's memorabilia, sending Julie on a frantic quest to find some replacements. A camping enthusiast hopes to keep his portable stove inside his backpack, while a glamorous hairdresser finds herself unable to pay the excess charge on her baggage
• Season 3 Episode 13: South of the Border Dr T Bob Davis and a group of dental students visit the village of Matamoros in Mexico to offer its residents free toothcare. A woman taken off a flight for being drunk claims she has only consumed an Easter egg on her way to a funeral, and Carol searches for two Hispanic men who left their plane a stop too early

• Season 3 Episode 11: Stormy Weather Lightning puts two aircraft out of action in Houston and check-in staff find a cat hidden in luggage on the conveyor belt. In Baltimore, a woman with two children insists on transferring to an earlier flight, but proves reluctant to pay for the upgrade
• Season 3 Episode 10: Cabin Fever A woman is nervous about flying for the first time in 20 years as she leaves to pay her sister a surprise visit. Steve has to placate a furious passenger who has been searched by security, and at Houston a traveller is found to have overshot his destination after sleeping through a transfer stop
• Season 3 Episode 9: Mind Over Matter An elderly passenger requests oxygen facilities on her flight but is shocked to learn it's against company policy. A man who was asleep when his plane took off discovers he may not make the standby list
• Season 3 Episode 8: Risky Business Poker champion Robert Williamson flies to Las Vegas with his wife Kate, dreaming of winning a million-dollar prize. On a less glamorous note, a mother gambles on getting her two-year-old daughter aboard a flight without paying - but loses the bet and finds she can't afford a ticket
• Season 3 Episode 7: Life Swap (2005) Ballet fanatic Amber heads for the bright lights of Las Vegas for a shot at the big time, and a single mother's damaged bag leads to confusion over whether she will have to pay extra to get the loose contents on the plane

• Season 3 Episode 2: The Sky's the Limit (2005) Flight instructor Robin Petgrave is held up at security, which means his two young charges leave without him. Kelly tries to help a confused grandmother who's forgotten where she's supposed to be heading, and a DJ turns up for his plane a little the worse for wear

The state of an OAP's health provides a distraction for delayed passengers, and a comedian kills time while waiting for his flight by trying out his latest routine. • Season 2 Episode 26: No Going Back (2005) A passenger in Los Angeles refuses to pay a $1 surcharge, prompting other frustrated travellers to offer their own money, while Chicago Midway supervisor Susie bids her fiance farewell
• Season 2 Episode 25: Shaken and Stirred (2005) Tempers flare at Los Angeles when a flight to Las Vegas is cancelled, leaving too few places on the next departure, and a passenger breaks down in tears after failing to get a goodbye kiss from the man with whom she had a summer romance
• Season 2 Episode 24: So Near Yet So Far (2005) A man fears his daughter has disembarked at the wrong airport when she fails to appear at LA, and Colleen comes to the aid of a disabled passenger whose scooter is disabled

• Season 2 Episode 18: Let There Be Love (2004) A single man heads for a blind date in Florida, while Yolanda acquires an admirer in the form of stand-up comedian Bobby Collins, who's en route to a prestigious engagement in Las Vegas
• Season 2 Episode 17: Battle of Wills (2004) Chicago supervisor Angel faces a man who claims another passenger pushed past him and his wife, while Yolanda's suspicions are aroused by a distressed individual who goes by the name of George Washington
• Season 2 Episode 16: Rules Are Rules (2004) In Baltimore, Gina tries to soothe an irate passenger who's been told he must disembark to make room for two flight attendants. Over in Chicago, Colleen intervenes to resolve a delicate situation involving a young cerebral palsy sufferer
• Season 2 Episode 15: In Sickness and In Health (2004) A five-year-old with a brain tumour flies with his mother to Phoenix for a life-saving operation, while Carol and Gina have a medical emergency on their hands when a woman has a seizure
• Season 2 Episode 14: The Stress Test (2004) Pilot Randy Henderson takes part in an air show, but his daredevil stunts terrify his wife and son. Bus driver Debra Ware drowns her sorrows in the bar as the strain of recent events proves too much

In Chicago, customer service agent Jesse organises auditions for the first staff holiday cabaret, which will see the winners performing for passengers at the gate
• Season 1 Episode 17: There's Real Time, Then There's Airline Time (2004) Mike is confronted at the Los Angeles ticket counter by a woman who has just missed her flight, and a passenger in Chicago tries desperately to reach her dying mother. Meanwhile, Colleen pulls five irate individuals off their flight
• Season 1 Episode 16: All Creatures Great and Small (2004) Two penguins are transported by plane to Chicago, and staff make sure they want for nothing - but it's a different story for a gang of football fans who look like being grounded because of their rowdy behaviour. Meanwhile, a man in a tiger suit prompts a few raised eyebrows
• Season 1 Episode 15: Don't Take No for an Answer (2004) Tempers flare at LAX when a couple are separated from their children by an airline mix-up and an electrical failure causes a blackout on board a grounded plane, prompting a frantic dash to transfer passengers to a connecting flight. In Houston, a soldier returning from Iraq loses his Army buddy on the last stage of their journey home and a football team bound for a major tournament are left high and dry by a rival airline
• Season 1 Episode 14: It Ain't Over Til It's Over (2004) Newlyweds face the prospect of missing their honeymoon flight as a blizzard hits Chicago, grounding most of the planes. Teenage Eminem fans lurk around the gate area in the hope of catching a glimpse of their idol, and supervisor Yolanda deals with an elderly drunken passenger who may need medical attention

Passengers threaten mutiny when it emerges a flight has been oversold, and nobody offers to give up their seats as their cruise ship will set sail from Florida without them if they don't arrive on time
• Season 1 Episode 10: A Team Effort (2004) Erik Rosales knows his job is on the line as he attempts to push a $40million Boeing 737 out of the tiny gate 3A, while David listens to a tirade from an irate passenger claiming Southwest have lost her bag. Prince Charles Moses of Ghana gets a surprise as he passes through LAX with his bride-to-be and a swarm of bees establish a hive at Gate 13
