Computers crash at the air-traffic control centre in Swanwick, which coordinates flights all over southern England, leaving around 4,000 passengers stranded - and Luton supervisor Leo Jones finds himself in the firing line. As the chaos reaches its peak, he decides radical action is called for - and closes down the customer services desk altogether
