Geraldine McEwan stars as sleuthing spinster Miss Marple, who is called in to investigate when the corpse of a mysterious blonde is found in Gossington Hall. It soon transpires that there is no shortage of suspects, including local bad boy Basil Blake (Ben Miller) and the owner of the house Arthur Bantry (James Fox), but when the victim is identified as a dancer in line to inherit a fortune, enquiries take a different turn. Crime drama, with a star-studded cast featuring the talents of Joanna Lumley, Simon Callow, Jack Davenport and Tara Fitzgerald
