• Season 4 Episode 2: Murder Is Easy

  Ever since a beautiful American woman arrived in the peaceful village of Wychwood-under-Ashe, people have begun to die in a series of what seem to be accidents. Nobody suspects a killer is at work but, as the body count rises, Miss Marple digs a little deeper with the help of a local former policeman - and they gradually unearth a secret that will rock the village to its core. • Season 3 Episode 4: Ordeal by Innocence

  Murder mystery, starring Geraldine McEwan. Jacko Argyle was hanged for the murder of his step-mother, but the whole family had put the tragedy behind them and moved on, until a stranger provides an alibi that proves Jacko's innocence. Suspicion falls on every member of the isolated household when it transpires that they all are much happier since the death of the matriarch and none of them had a cast-iron alibi. • Season 3 Episode 3: Nemesis

  Geraldine McEwan makes her last appearance as the spinster sleuth before handing over the knitting needles to Julia McKenzie. Following the death of old acquaintance Mr Rafiel, Miss Marple receives instructions drawn up prior to his demise asking her to embark on a coach tour to investigate an unspecified possible crime. It soon transpires that many of her companions are also travelling at his invitation and they are all in some way connected to a girl who went missing from a nun's sanctuary during World War Two, supposedly to be with her German lover, Rafiel's son Michael. • Season 3 Episode 2: At Bertram's Hotel

  Feature-length mystery drama. While holidaying at the plush Bertram's Hotel in London, Miss Marple is presented with a fresh challenge to her deductive powers when the reading of a will leads to murder. Geraldine McEwan stars as the elderly spinster with a nose for a mystery, with guest appearances by Martine McCutcheon, Peter Davison, Mica Paris, Hannah Spearritt and Francesca Annis. • Season 3 Episode 1: Towards Zero

  A gathering at Lady Tressilian's Devon estate leads to murder when the eccentric Mr Treves tells the story of an unconvicted child killer. • Season 2 Episode 3: By the Pricking of My Thumbs

  The sleuthing spinster meets fellow enthusiasts Tommy and Tuppence at a nursing home, where the ramblings of an elderly resident prompt them to join forces and investigate the unsolved mystery of a murdered child. The trail leads to the Norfolk village of Farrell St Edmund, a community harbouring sinister secrets and tales of heartbreak. • Season 2 Episode 2: The Moving Finger

  The sleuthing spinster teams up with a dashing man to investigate a series of poison-pen letters in the sleepy village of Lymstock.
