  In 2006, the team came to the aid of divorcee Pandora Ankers from Leicestershire, whose 20-a-day smoking habit caused her teeth to fall out and gave her a bad complexion. Her confidence was low and she found it hard to even look men in the eye, but after being given a full makeover felt like a new woman. This programme catches up with Pandora to see how she has changed since being given the expert treatment

• Season 4 Episode 18: Nerys McGarry: Revisited

  A return visit to Nerys McGarry from Lincolnshire, who was given the expert style treatment in 2006. She had gone from an overweight teenager to a size 30 and, after weight loss surgery, badly needed her wrinkled stomach and sagging bust lifting to give her confidence a boost. Her job as a swimming instructor has taken its toll on her skin, so a chemical peel and Botox are used to turn back the clock. Once the groundwork is done, Louise is given a make-up masterclass to complement her youthful new image

  Stylist Nicky Hambleton-Jones and a team of experts have their work cut out trying to help a 39-year-old woman who would rather go clubbing in Manchester than catch up on lost sleep.
