Movies to fall in love to

Richard Curtis's directorial debut is a blockbusting romantic comedy following several loosely interlinked individuals as they fall in love. While the British prime minister is drawn to a lowly assistant at 10 Downing Street, a heartbroken writer heads for France to get over his relationship, and a rock star aims to reinvent himself in time for Christmas. Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Colin Firth, Bill Nighy, Martine McCutcheon and Liam Neeson star in an ensemble piece which throws so many different characters and romances into the mix, it's hard not to be moved by at least some of them.
