Hilarious take on James Whale's classic Thirties shocker with Gene Wilder as the mad scientist who creates a man from body parts. Beautifully shot and with a great supporting cast including Teri Garr, Marty Feldman and Gene Hackman as the blind man. The song and dance finale is painfully funny and viewers may never be able to listen to 'Puttin' on the Ritz' with a straight face again
