Fact-based biopic charting the colourful life of cowboy-turned-film-director Bill Tilghman, who strove to produce realistic Westerns based on his own experiences, which included run-ins with famed characters including Wyatt Earp, Cattle Annie and Little Britches. Grizzled movie veteran Sam Elliott takes the lead, with good support coming from Arliss Howard, Carolyn McCormick, R Lee Ermey, James Parks and Sheila McCarthy
