Synopsis:
Premiere. A girl travels from Puerto Rico to New York after her father's suicide, hoping to realise her dream of becoming a successful dancer. This proves a much harder struggle than expected, and she is forced to work as a stripper to make ends meet - but also acquires a circle of friends who support her in pursuing her goal.
