A pair of Mexican teenagers hope to enjoy a summer of drink, drugs and sex while their girlfriends are away in Europe. In an effort to impress a woman they meet at a wedding, they claim to be going on a road trip to a non-existent unspoiled beach. To their surprise, she asks to join them, and as they drive across the country, simmering tensions come to the surface as the two boys compete for their travelling companion's attention.
