Synopsis:
US remake of the classic British horror, with Nicolas Cage as a cop who receives a message from his former fiancee, asking him to help find her daughter. The search takes him to an isolated island controlled by a mysterious matriarchal cult, who he becomes convinced are planning a pagan sacrifice with the missing girl as their intended victim. Also starring Ellen Burstyn, Kate Beahan and Frances Conroy.
