Nightclub entertainers Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye try to boost the popularity of an old friend's winter resort by staging a series of extravagant shows, with a little help from their former army buddies and two talented singing sisters. Sweetly simplistic musical, co-starring Vera-Ellen, Dean Jagger, Sig Rumann, Mary Wickes, Anne Whitfield and Rosemary Clooney, perhaps now better known as the aunt of screen star George.
