A shy Dublin history teacher is swept off his feet by an enigmatic woman, but as their tentative relationship develops, he begins to suspect she might be hiding a dangerous secret - especially when he hears reports of a black-clad woman terrorising the area's menfolk. Could his heart's desire really be a calculating villain? Roddy Doyle wrote this offbeat romantic comedy, which has a fresh and playful feel to it.
