Small-town delivery boy Johnny Depp is forced to act as head of an unusual household including an obese mother and a younger brother with learning difficulties (Leonardo DiCaprio in an Oscar-nominated performance). The arrival of caravan traveller Juliette Lewis leads him to consider putting his own happiness first for a change. Whimsical drama, with Mary Steenburgen and John C Reilly.
