Kevin Costner stars as Eliot Ness, the crusading federal agent leading the battle against police corruption and underworld crime in prohibition-era Chicago. Aided by tough street cop Sean Connery, in an Oscar-winning performance, he sets about ending infamous Al Capone's reign of terror.
