A retired Navy veteran has just boarded a train with his niece when he is forced to leap into action and battle terrorists who have hijacked the train. The terrorists' leader is a vengeful former government operative with access to a powerful orbital weapon, and threatens to set off a chain of earthquakes if his demands for a billion dollars are not met.
