Synopsis:
Two schoolgirls find a magical weather machine, and decide to make the Christmas holidays come early, leaving Los Angeles in the grip of an Arctic storm - much to the joy of an ambitious local meteorologist. But they discover too late they can't switch it off and stop the snow, leaving them hoping that Santa Claus will come to the rescue.
