Documentary by acclaimed film-maker Nick Broomfield, his second on the subject of American murderer Aileen Wuornos, who was executed for her crimes in 2002. This searingly honest exploration of her state of mind before her death reveals how she simply gave up fighting, and also shows how Broomfield's earlier film was used as evidence by the defence during her appeal. Wuornos's tale was also brought to the big screen in Patty Jenkins' Monster, starring an Oscar-winning Charlize Theron
