Nick Broomfield documentary following Chicco Twala, one of South Africa's few aspiring black millionaires, as he promotes a Tracy Chapman concert in Johannesburg. On the surface the film is a story of the blossoming interest in African music : but underneath, it provides a study of the tensions between blacks and whites in the days before Nelson Mandela's release
