Movie (1993)
Jack Skellington the Pumpkin King grows bored with the same old Hallowe'en Town, and decides it's time to branch out by taking over the friendly world of Christmas. He starts out by kidnapping Santa Claus, unaware his ghoulish presence doesn't really fit in with the mistletoe and holly, then turns the festive season on its head by filling unsuspecting children's stockings with all manner of nasty surprises - but strange events are afoot that look set to end his yuletide hijacking. Tim Burton's wonderfully atmospheric and highly charged animated fantasy, featuring the voices of Chris Sarandon, Catherine O'Hara and Paul Reubens, with a musical score by Danny Elfman
