Hugely enjoyable tongue-in-cheek horror yarn, starring Vincent Price as a hammy Shakespearean actor out to take gruesome revenge on the scathing critics who ruined his career, employing increasingly outrageous, Shakespeare-inspired methods to dispatch his enemies. Price clearly revels in the leading role, while Diana Rigg is on top form as his equally demented daughter and loyal accomplice.
