Film-maker Morgan Spurlock caused controversy - and nausea - with this shocking documentary, which explores the effects of fast food on those who frequently dine on burgers and chips. He vows to eat nothing but McDonald's meals for a month, recording the effect the change in diet has. But the results leave him flabbergasted as his health deteriorates and doctors warn that he's wreaking permanent damage on his body
