Movie (1996)
The thought of Demi Moore appearing as a stripper was enough to get many red-blooded blokes hot under the collar, but this comedy thriller fell at the first hurdle, turning into something of an ego trip for Moore. She plays a single mother who takes a dancing job in a seedy club to make ends meet, only to get involved in blackmail and murder. Burt Reynolds and Armand Assante co-star, while Ving Rhames steals the show as a wise-cracking bodyguard
