Synopsis:
Premiere. The hard-drinking chief of police in a small town has to solve two brutal crimes at once. A series of seemingly random murders appear to be the work of the same culprit, suggesting a serial killer is at large, but he also has to deal with the rape of a teenage girl whose parents may have something to hide.
