A ruthless TV executive suffers a nervous breakdown, and is persuaded by her ineffectual husband to relocate to an idyllic small town. However, she soon begins to suspect that something is very wrong with the local women, and as her newfound friends begin to undergo mysterious changes, she sets out to discover the dark secret behind this seemingly perfect community.
