Movie (2007)
Lively comedy inspired by cartoonist Ronald Searle's colourful characters, who were made famous by a series of popular films in the 1950s and 60s. When the chaotic girls' boarding school is threatened with closure due to a lack of funds, the mischievous students hatch a plan to steal a priceless painting and use the money from its sale to save St Trinian's. Rupert Everett stars in a dual role as the headmistress of the establishment, as well as a pupil's father. Colin Firth, Russell Brand and Talulah Riley co-star.
