Juvenile espionage spoof in the Naked Gun vein, which sends up everything from Die Hard and James Bond to Home Alone. Leslie Nielsen stars as inept secret agent Dick Steele - codename WD-40 - who sets out to thwart a megalomaniac general intending to destroy the world with a missile he is building at his secret island lair. The mission forces Steele to team up with a mysterious femme fatale hiding a sinister secret. Like most films of its kind, it's a hit-and-miss affair - unfortunately far more miss than hit. With Nicollette Sheridan, Charles Durning, Marcia Gay Harden and Barry Bostwick, and featuring a cameo appearance by Ray Charles
