An assassin with a penchant for killing targets with kitchen utensils takes on the ultimate challenge - the murder of the American president. CIA agent Freddie Fallon is assigned to prevent the killing, and ropes in a UN translator to help him. The bumbling duo then proceed to wrongly accuse a string of suspects of the planned assassination, while all the time the culprit is much closer to home.
