Movie (1965)
A novice nun is employed as governess to the children of a strict widower, bringing light, laughter and a love of all things harmonious to a household previously beset by grief and strict discipline. But before long, the looming threat of World War Two jeopardises their happy home. Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer star in this fabulous adaptation of the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, boasting tunes including My Favourite Things, Edelweiss, Do-Re-Mi, Climb Every Mountain and the evergreen title song.
