Slipstream

Post-apocalyptic thriller, set in a future where the world has been ravaged by high speed winds, making gliders the ideal form of transport. Two law officers transport a wanted murderer to prison, only for the fugitive to be kidnapped by a mercenary pilot hoping to claim the reward. The bounty hunter and his hostage flee into the slipstream, a vast canyon carved out by the winds that is home to a mysterious religious cult, with the cops in hot pursuit.
