Synopsis:
Cold War thriller, starring Jaclyn Smith as Professor Mary Ashley, who is offered the job of US ambassador to Romania. She declines the post out of loyalty to her husband - who is abruptly killed in a hideous car accident. After reconsidering, she arrives in eastern Europe and finds herself plunged into a deadly web of intrigue. Robert Wagner also stars, with Ian McKellen and Michael Moriarty
