Intriguing murder mystery with Basil Rathbone as Baker Street's legendary detective. This time, the super sleuth and Dr Watson set out to investigate a series of odd deaths at a convalescent home for retired Army officers. However, the case proves decidedly taxing. An excellent entry in the long-running series with fine performances from the lead players, including Nigel Bruce, Hillary Brooke and Halliwell Hobbes
