Bored workaholic lawyer John Clark is looking for some excitement in his life, and becomes fixated on a beautiful dance teacher. When he enrols in her class, his advances are swiftly rejected - but he soon finds the thrill he's looking for in perfecting his footwork. However, he keeps his new hobby a secret from his family, leaving his wife Beverly very suspicious about why he's spending so much time away from home. While John gets into training for a tournament, Beverly enlists the aid of a private eye to determine if he's having an affair.
