Synopsis:

Adventure based on the pulp fiction series, starring Alec Baldwin as the masked hero in 1930s New York, who masquerades as a millionaire playboy by day while at night uses mysterious mental powers to fight evil. But he faces his deadliest enemy in the shape of a descendant of Genghis Khan (John Lone), who possesses similar psychic abilities and has a plot to destroy the city.
