A group of teenage delinquents are displeased at being ordered to clean an abandoned hotel, but soon find themselves fighting for their lives. Unbeknown to anyone, a reclusive and bloodthirsty psychopath, played by wrestling superstar Kane, is residing in the building while plotting his revenge against the cop who shot him in the head several years earlier.
