Elvis Presley stars in this frothy, by-the-numbers musical about a leather-clad drifter with a talent for all things tuneful. He joins Barbara Stanwyck's travelling carnival, and it's not long before he catches the eye of a co-worker - but her dad's less than keen on the duo forming a relationship, leading to trouble.
