Movie (1975)
A strait-laced couple get stranded in the middle of nowhere, and eventually decide to ask for help at a forbidding castle, but find themselves thrown into a weird and wonderful world, presided over by a glam-rock transvestite (Tim Curry). A host of campy, vampy, colourful and fetishistic musical numbers ensue - and the pair soon undergo a startling transformation. Brilliantly entertaining cult musical, a must-see, if only to join in with such tuneful treats as Sweet Transvestite and, of course, Time Warp. Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick are the naive pair, and Meat Loaf, Patricia Quinn and the show's creator Richard O'Brien co-star.
