The Rocketeer

Comic-strip adventure set in the 1930s, starring Bill Campbell as a hot-headed young pilot who stumbles upon an experimental rocket pack that gives him the power to fly. But while he plans to use the device in his stunt flying act, a Nazi spy masquerading as a Hollywood movie star will stop at nothing to get it back. This delightfully retro fantasy is great fun, paying homage to 1930s cliffhanger serials. Timothy Dalton co-stars as the Erroll Flynn-esque villain alongside damsel in distress Jennifer Connelly, eccentric inventor Alan Arkin and Lost's Terry O'Quinn as aviation pioneer Howard Hughes
