Synopsis:
The cybernetic law enforcer returns to battle a deranged drug lord. However, he doesn't realise the corporation that created him plan to replace him. A scheming scientist has created a powerful robot to take over from RoboCop, but needs a human brain to implant into it - and decides a criminal's mind might work better than a cop's.
