Movie (2005)
Documentary examining the dance movement known as krumping that has developed in South Central, Los Angeles. The film reveals how a children's clown began the phenomenon as a reaction to the 1992 riots, and examines how for many teenagers, dancing has become a non-violent alternative to gang culture. The account culminates in a competition known as the Battleground, where krumpers from across the city pit their skills against each other
