A cat inherits $5million from its wealthy owner, and the two children given the job of looking after the millionaire moggy are stunned to learn he can talk. Meanwhile, two greedy relatives passed over in the will hatch a kidnapping plot. Disney comedy which should please younger viewers, although adults may find it tiresome, starring Brandon Call, Kellie Martin and Ramon Bieri
