Marvellous film adaptation of Shakespeare's play, directed by Laurence Olivier. He also stars, giving an unforgettable performance in the title role, as the malevolent 15th-century British ruler whose devious machinations leave him in a position of ultimate power - until a challenge to his throne forces him to muster his armies for battle.
