Synopsis:
World War Two drama about a US pilot who is shot down over Japanese-occupied Thailand. He joins a unit of guerrillas in the hope of escaping - but they end up battling to rescue a troop of starving Allied PoWs. This belated sequel to The Bridge on the River Kwai is hardly a worthy follow-up, despite the best efforts of the cast.
