Red Army enforcer Arnold Schwarzenegger pursues an evil drug baron to America, where hostile Chicago cop James Belushi reluctantly takes on the task of making sure his strong-arm tactics don't get out of hand. But it's not long before he finds himself outfaced by his new colleague's enthusiasm. Walter Hill's action adventure maintains breakneck speed, but never quite gels.
