Synopsis:
Kenneth More stars in this dignified and inspiring biopic as renowned World War Two hero Douglas Bader. A plane crash in 1931 cost the aspiring pilot both his legs, but he refused to give up his dreams of learning to fly and, after learning to walk on artificial limbs, rose to the rank of squadron leader in the RAF.
