Policeman Dutch and politician Kay are brought together seemingly by chance when both their spouses are killed in a plane crash. As Dutch delves into the tragedy, he begins to suspect their dead partners were having an affair and enlists Kay's help in uncovering the truth - but the pair grow closer together during their investigation.
