Movie (1942)
A traumatised World War One soldier suffering from amnesia absconds from hospital and enjoys a blissful marriage with a music-hall singer - until his memory is abruptly restored, leaving him dazed, confused and unhappy. Gorgeous no-holds-barred romantic melodrama which has managed to win over audiences time and time again with infectious joy, even though the story itself is rather daft. Ronald Colman, Greer Garson, Susan Peters, Philip Dorn and Reginald Owen are among the outstanding cast
